To New Age Caravans,
Peter & I would like you to pass on our thanks to Alfred, and to let you know how much we appreciated his time in helping us choose our caravan. We came to the dealership before the caravan show, to decide which caravan we wanted to buy. We have waited 4 long years for a compensation payout to enable us to buy our caravan. When we arrived at George Day Caravans we were still waiting on the cheque to arrive in the post, but knew it was on it's way. So even though we could not buy that day, Alfred spent a long time with us explaining all the different features of the 2 brands we had decided to choose from. Even when we came back the next day, knowing we still would not purchase that day, he still spent time with us. We went to the show to purchase our New Age Big Red 18' caravan, and although we did not deal with Alfred on the day, he was such a genuine person, not at all like a 'salesman' and that was greatly appreciated. (I have been known to walk away from pushy salesmen!!) On the Thursday when we purchased our caravan we delt with Sonya, who I believe is representing the New Age factory, Sonya again was a lovely person, who again was not pushy, but helped us so much, that we would like you to please pass on our thanks to the owners of New Age Caravans, it seems you both have selected your staff very well. We only have one regret & that is that we have to wait till July for our caravan to arrive, it probably doesn't seem long to you, but to us it is more than a 4 year wait! If there is a cancellation any earlier in the bookings we would love you to consider us for an earlier delivery.
Once again, many many thanks to both Alfred & Sonya.
We look forward to coming to collect our caravan in the near future.

We are now home in Geraldton with the Sunlander parked on the driveway.The family has given the van the thumbs up and signed our pass for a trip around Australia. Roy has spent the last two days checking things out, making some adjustments and fitting his rod holder.!

Dear George,
It was a pleasure to meet you and your staff recently when we purchased our new caravan at your yard; throughout we were given prompt and courteous service.
On collection of the new van we were given a thorough run through by sales consultant Brian Soares who at all times was polite and helpful, willingly sharing his great knowledge of caravans and literally putting us on the right road.
We are now back home in Geraldton, where Rob has fitted his fishing rod holder and the family has given the go ahead for our round Australia trip in a couple of months time!

Dear Phil & Sam,
Very occasionally and unexpectedly, good things happen, we have learnt over time to appreciate those good things and should take time to say thank you when they occur, this note is intended to do just that.
Dolores and I have had a yearning for a long time to travel Australia wide and truly appreciate the beauty of our adopted country. Your organization has assisted us to make the right choice of caravan complete with the necessary accessories to be able to do that in comfort and safe facilities.
We are most appreciative of the service provided by your organization's employees who have guided us in selecting the right vehicle and options that would meet our current and future needs.
We felt no pressure in engaging George Day personel at the annual Perth caravan show. We made the commitment to purchase on the second year we visited the show ground. The first visit was to view what was on offer and select to a narrow preference of what we believed to suit us and be of best value.
After very careful consideration we selected the Trailstar Australis 640 Onroader because of its outstanding value, an obvious choice to us, because of the material used in the build, attention to design detail, workmanship, eroa dynamics design, flexible layout and available choices of furnishings etc.
We were very pleased to discover Trailstar is designed and built in a West Australian factory in Henderson. We were also delighted to be invited to the factory to see personally, the progress of our hand biult (crafted) unit rather than a mass produced production line assembly. We were consulted in the detail of the build and placed under no pressure should we wish to amend or change from the original specification of supply.
During all of the buying processes we were most ably assisted personally by a director of George Day (Phil Day) and a very experienced sales consultant Sam Thomas. On delivery of the caravan to inexperienced owners, Sam's knowledge of product and patience in his explanation of functions coupled with Steve's knowledge of caravanning proved to be invaluable and both freely gave information from personal experience of caravanning which is appreciated.
We have been assured of continuing support to any problems or concerns we may encounter, we believe that to be a most sincere offer by George Day organization that is a futher added value to the purchase.

To the George Day team,
a few weeks ago my husband and I purchased a used 2005 Supreme Territory from your yard. There were a few things that were instrumental in our purchase. The website with information and photos of the van encouraged us to make the long drive to the yard. The way in which our telephone enquiry on the vans of interest were promptly answered and information was freely given...Upon our arrival into the yard a very cheerful and friendly but not pushy salesman, Mr. Patrick Kelly greeted us. Pat then allowed us time to look around and consider the vans that were of interest. Pat was able to ensure we were given all of the information we needed on the van and was genuinely interested in meeting our needs. Pat along with Phil worked to create a deal that was acceptable to us and helped facillitate arrangements for some repairs and additions that were needed for us to take delivery of the van. With a friendly visit by the dog Gabby? to seal the deal and a cup of tea, we left the yard feeling we had received excellent service and could expect the same upon return to pick up the van. On the day of pick up, despite the very wet weather, not only did Pat provide an exceptionally thorough handover, he ensured we were able to hitch up to the van and drive away safely. Something that was much appreciated in our circumstances. We have previously purchased a small van from the yard when it was at the previous location and obviously since we have now purchased a second van, been happy with the service, however on this occasion the service has been exceptional. I am pleased to say that has not been the end of the outstanding service from Pat and also from Stan and others at Cara Spares. With various phone calls that we have made and when on our first trip out out with the van we called into the yard, for further guidance and a few items we were again well looked after. So a very big thank you, especially to Pat and also to the George Day team, well done.Our van has been on its first test run and we are pleased to say, we are very happy with our new holiday home in wheels!

On Thursday 4th March my wife and I took delivery of a new Concept Ascot caravan. The salesman that we had been dealing with during the process was Michael Pelham. From the time of first contact to delivery, Michael proved to be a true professional in that he exerted no obvious pressure and let us make the hard final decision on which van to purchase. At no time did we feel obligated, but Michael went out of his way to answer or have answered questions that we raised. On the day of delivery things did not go quite as planned, but during the time that we were on site it was quite clear that Michael was, to some extent, embarrassed because it was not the smooth handover that he (and we) expected. During this time we had contact with a number of staff in the workshop and store, all exhibited a friendly and helpful demeanour. You should be proud of your staff, if they are all of the quality of those we came into contact with, especially Michael Pelham, your business will remain successful. Well done.

I would like to write and say a big thank you to Patrick Kelly. We visited the caravan and camping show this year and after a lot of research decided to buy a Wing II from your company. Firstly the lady at the show who assisted us was very helpful, and not pushy. The guy telling us about the technical side of this van was excellent. Even better has been the professionalism and expertise of Patrick Kelly. When ever my wife or I phoned with a concern or update on our van over the past few months he has always been helpful and ensured that he has phoned us straight back. There was a couple of problems with the delivery but Pat was always honest and kept us up to date. When we eventually went to pick up our van Pat took us through everything we needed to know and was very patient in explaining things we didn't understand. We tend to always let companies know when things are wrong but not when we have received good service. Pat is a credit to your team and we look forward to dealing with your company again in the future.

Late on 6th June I contacted your company from Port Hedland re sourcing a three way tap for our A'van and spoke to John. Not only was he able to assist with the part but he offered to send it to our next destination (Broome) and offered some very useful advice on what I would need to do to fit it.
